About B’s Craft

Over the last 40 years, I have lived and breathed the melting pot that is America’s bbq: born and raised by a chef in upstate New York and traveling and cooking ever since…my upstate NY roots meld with my work at world-class bbq restaurants (Moo’s Craft BBQ, Los Angeles, CA; Terlingua BBQ, Portland, ME), and the many flavors and live-fire techniques from around the globe. I aim to find harmony between what and how we eat and the way we believe the world ought to be. It is through these experiences and philosophy that B’s Craft BBQ has emerged to offer a delicious, unique, and participatory form of bbq. I look forward to sharing this journey with you and our community.
